1.1 Below we inform you about the handling of your personal data. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.

We have no influence on data collection and further processing by Meta. Furthermore, we are unable to see to what extent, where, and for how long the data is stored, to what extent Meta fulfills existing deletion obligations, what evaluations and connections are made with the data, and to whom the data is disclosed. If you wish to avoid Meta processing personal data you have transmitted to us, please contact us by other means. Our complete contact details can be found in our legal notice (Impressum) on Instagram.

This data is stored and used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as an additional legal basis. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. We assume the matter has been finalized when it is clear from the circumstances that the relevant issue has been conclusively clarified.

4.1 Under applicable data protection law, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:
- Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR;

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS THE RELEVANT DATA. HOWEVER, FURTHER PROCESSING IS RESERVED IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ESTABLISH, EXERCISE, OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS.

If personal data is processed based on explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, the data concerned will be stored until you revoke your consent.
If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the scope of contractual or quasi-contractual obligations based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, this data will be routinely deleted after expiry of the retention periods, provided it is no longer required for contract performance or contract initiation and/or there is no further legitimate interest in continued storage on our part.
If personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, it will be stored until you exercise your right to object pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
